Only on controllable delays (like maintenance or crew delays). Not on uncontrollable delays (like weather or air traffic)

No strictly true, depends on cause of delay. If it is weather, no vouchers as it’s beyond the airlines control.

I work at a hotel, delta airlines gives their passengers like 95% of the time only $12 per person. Depends how much they complain to get more than that.
