Serious question, why don’t builders just use standard window sizes in the first place? I had all my windows replaced and they were all slightly different in size.

I got those windows at that height ground level. one of them gets water in the groove of the window that the panes slide and sit in. I used silicone around the window. should I get a rain guard or is there some reason why one window collects water on the inside of the window?
