not even slightly, what 4 dimensional beings can see is every matter compressed in their line of vision, and i constanly changes at im guessing 11,263,376,889,764,826,635,735,256,965,113,463 times faster than the speed of light, due to their fast precepion, but other than that, they dont really have a body, eye or anything to help them see. But getting back to the video, what i can say, it is barely anything close, they can see every cell, every tissue, every organ, every organ system, every blood vessel, every eye, every brain, every bone, every car, every metal, and can see inside anything. In short they see everything while not be at multiple places at the same place.
