I think it’s because you “feel” that you have to “earn” the rest if you work out like crazy before your surgery. Nobody has two “ earn” rest. We are often to hard on our selves. You have come so far and are such an inspiration. You deserve rest. You deserve the calm. I hope you do rest before and after your surgery.

Do you mind sharing your age? Sometimes I think mid-20s. Then I think 30. But then your words of wisdom make me think you have to be 80. 🤣 Then you jump out of a plane and I’m back to 25 again.
