LC here… your nipple shouldn’t go that far into the tunnel!! That actually means it’s too big. It looks like that’s one that came with the pump so either the 24mm or 28mm! Most moms are between a size 13mm - 16mm 🤯

I’m no expert, but I can almost guarantee you’re using the wrong flange size. Strongly recommend getting a sizing kit with ruler and researching it or seeing a lactation consultant!

My lactation consultant said “your breasts are sisters, not twins” and I’ll never forget that. One breast may need a 21 mm flange size while the other may need a 19 mm!

Another thing a lot of people don’t realize is there are flange inserts for pumps bc a lot of peoples nipples are actually smaller and don’t fit the flanges that are on the pump

I was doing great with getting some milk while pumping to put in the freezer but lately my son has been nonstop on the boob and when I pump I’m not getting much. I hope I’m not losing my milk supply

This came with my second pump and really helped get the correct flange size or you can purchase inserts to put in your flanges!
