@jonny.eagle.eye: If you’re thinking to yourself “that’s ridiculous….” I agree. It is ridiculous that 100% of this tape is showing defects like large openings in the stucco exposing the interior wall components; countless improper moisture entry points; paint sprayed on windows; paint NOT sprayed on stucco; stucco repairs done by smearing caulk all over it; missing caulk leaving openings into the attic; siding boards with saw marks all over them; siding boards that are about to fall off the side of the home… all of which could have been done right the first time. So if you think that I am ridiculous… you’re guarandamnteed. You know who doesn’t think I’m ridiculous?? Every single one of my clients.
