He is acknowledging that the United States government do not carry out the desires of the people of the United States of America. It is understood that the USA government is not representing nor is it interested in serving it's people.

zuzurawona🇲🇾 :
For the first time, a nation under aggression has written directly to the people of the aggressor country - not in anger, but in hope. It calls on them to reflect on the true meaning of leadership and the responsibility that comes with choosing those who hold power. Leadership is not only about strength, but about wisdom, compassion, and the courage to protect life and dignity. The future of both nations is not separate. It is shared. The choices made today will shape the safety, prosperity, and peace of generations on both sides. In the end, it is the people who grant power and it is the people who can guide their nations toward a future built not on conflict, but on resilience, understanding, and hope🌹
