a lot of these shape wears dont actually stay up like they're supposed to, and actually roll so i stopped buying them and transferred to spanx instead. works good enoigh for me plus, I dont feel like I need to come up for air. so ehatever floats ya boat or flattens ya tummy, but just DO YOU. 🇬🇧🇬🇧
