Lmmfao yes it does it’s on duty not driving. That 14 starts the second you start your PTI.70 hours is a full clock and it’s far more if you’re running rolling reset but no dock time isn’t paid.

you are wrong! the fuel and pre and post trip have to logged on duty and counted towards the 70 hour clock.

speaker doesnt know what hes saying. 🙄🙄🙄 its 14 hours a day. first 15 minute (minimum) is for Pretrip inspection. you get 11 hours driving while the rest is on duty status.
