I found cannabis the hardest withdrawal. It took like 4 months to adjust to no weed. The initial withdrawal might be over in a month or so but then it takes a long time for your brain to rebalance and cravings to go away.

Nothing in my life has ever been worse than benzo withdrawl. After 6 weeks of hell, I had to reinstate unfortunately. I’ll prob have to be on them the rest of my life now 😞
