@carlinnnnnnnn: 3 months into humerus recovery. Not where I want to be yet, but moving forward every single day. From day one I knew that without exercising, my number one priority was food. I kept it very simple, real, non-processed food. High protein, healthy fats and some greens. Breaking my arm has been one of the most miserable experiences I’ve ever gone through. But we embrace what we go through, and grow from it. I was told there’s a chance my arm won’t ever be the same. That’s fine with me. I’m not trying to be the same, I’m working to be better. Feel this so hard, my pinky middle phalanx fractured in Feb and dealing with a tedious recovery period and no lifting 😭… avoided surgery but finally seeing improvement the past few weeks after weekly therapy, so it gets better!!
