yes, everyone tells me it would be hard! To be my own person. To have a kitchen or business. they say "you need to start by getting a Job in a restaurant, no one's gonna believe in you" but my experience working for 3 weeks, the pain was excruciating. But now, I'm thinner, Ive thought really hard about this. I went to culinary school. I meant it! I'm out of practice. But that don't mean nothing. I've been living at a care home and am home with my parents for two weeks. But my life's not over yet, I might not own a restaurant or I may. GOD'S GOT THIS!
