@ashleymarkletreats: these viral funfetti cookie croissants are giving bakery vibes without the effort and I’m so here for it 🥐🌈 Ingredients: 4 mini croissants 1 box @Funfetti cake mix 2 eggs ½ cup vegetable oil rainbow sprinkles powdered sugar (optional) Instructions: Slice croissants open lengthwise and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, and oil until well combined. Scoop 1–2 tbs of funfetti batter into each croissant and press to close and spread batter evenly throughout. Top each croissant with another 1 tbs of batter, then sprinkle with extra rainbow sprinkles and bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar.
