I did this meditation from a hot tub on the night of the full moon, tonight. Very effective hypnosis! My spirit team gathered me in for a group hug when you announced 5. When you said 4, they retreated in unison and their energy spread out all around. I felt the mist of their final message, “remember, do not lose sight of the fact that we are always, always right here with you. Ask, we will appear to you.”

Okay, so it was a little scary because I let myself be guided and I couldn't do anything once I closed my eyes. I was conscious, but I had my phone in my hands And even if I wanted to take it back, I couldn't, and at the same time I was following your voice and I felt someone hug me, like, wtf ;-; and I couldn't do anything until you brought me back In reality, even though I was trying to pick up my phone while I was in all that, wtf ;-;
