I have this and it works ok. My biggest issue I’ve found is when I put my code in open the door get what I need then close & need to put the code in again it won’t open. It’s like it only allows X amount of uses for x amount of time

Don’t forget to mention this is also a subscription based product, for any security use you’ll need to buy the $150 a year. It’s not a lot, but weird how you totally didn’t mention that at all

nah, I have 2 batteries, when one gets low after about 2 -3 months I switch the battery easy peasy.

Looks like a solid setup. I’ve seen similar MyQ wired bundles on Amazon for less, so might be worth comparing prices before buying 👍

I installed that kit. It fixed the battery drain obviously but what kit does MyQ have that eliminates how slow the feed takes to upload. My Tapo cameras load almost instantly.

So please tell me. How many people have a plug in that close to the edge of your garage? I have never seen any. You would have to add one or have an electrician add one. That is not practical AT ALL!!! More work than it’s worth

I’ve been asking for this for a long time! Now the only other issue is MyQ subscription is too expensive and doesn’t work with all my other security and home automation devices. Work a deal w/ Ring or Nest!

I got one and when I try taking on it, its not clear and it breaks up, my router is within range, all my cameras work good fro roku

The wifi signal to the keypad sucks. My ring doorbell works fine, the camera on my door opener works fine but the camera on my keypad is always at a weak signal.

I have this keypad I bought a wire to connect to the battery 25 ft then I hooked up a 6 volt 6 watt solar panel and it's consistently being charged no issues
