What about getting one of those twistable dial kitchen type timer and her let her set it while telling her it’s gonna make a sound when it goes off and tell her but when it does she’ll get to play outside or get a cookie or something. maybe it’ll help her see those noises are made because it means something is waiting for us (to adults laundry is not something we find excitement in but to a child they don’t know this lol ) so good things come from beeping
