Hi! My husband has needs a replacement battery for his controller bc the one that came in it is swollen and dangerous to use. It should be in the one year warranty window but your customer service won’t honor that because it was purchased on Amazon. Customer service basically said tough luck which is disappointing. We just need a replacement battery. How can we obtain a battery?
