Ultimately, the court ruled that Justin and the school were 30% liable, a high school student in Pennsylvania, brutally attacked, a disabled student, the shocking video shows 18-year-old Justin in a wheelchair being suddenly attacked by a male student due to justin's limited mobility, he was unable to fight back. The male student took a step back and quickly launched an attack, but surrounding students did not intervene finally.pthe boy started the fight some not get shit
