Recipe serves 2: 🥕 60g (3 heaped tbsp) self raising, wholemeal or plain flour (+ 1/2 tsp baking powder) 🥕 50g (2 tbsp) Greek or soya yoghurt 🥕 1 tbsp grated carrot 🥕 handful raisins or sultanas 🥕 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1️⃣ Mix everything in a bowl to make a shaggy/ rough dough. It should not be sticky.
