My baby flairs up when consuming dairy also if the weather is cold/dry. Tried a bunch of stuff. Found this cream at Walmart cleared up 99% of her body. She is so much happier and her skin is so soft now. Different products work differently for everybody. Just gotta keep searching what works for you…

The best thing you can do for baby eczema is keeping the environment safe (fragrance free home, regular house cleanings for allergens, dirt, etc). For products I highly recommend plain Vaseline, Vanicream products and La roche posay ap+ lipikar balm. Be careful of anything marketed as “baby” products, a lot of time they’re the same product as the original just more expensive (because they have “baby” on them 😵💫) and sometimes even sneaky added fragrance (like bay powder!) which is so so disappointing!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
