I dont understand office jobs 😭 wdym begging for a TASK? You mean a job interview? How can you be DONE with your work after 10 minutes? Isn’t there more stuff that needs to be done at the company? Does your boss send you worksheets like it’s school homework? Are you not allowed to work on something you haven’t been asked to do?

It's often because they hired way, way too late. Everyone else that could mentor the new colleague is drowning in tasks and delegating takes three times longer than just doing it yourself.
