Feeling so bad for all this mamas struggling after c sections. I had my first one 3 days ago and I found everything so easy to manage. First stand up was a piece of cake, I am already doing house chores, having visitors. It sucks a bit to cough and get out of bed, but nothing too bad

My partner and I got the stomach flu the day after my c-section. I have never felt pain like throwing up after an abdominal surgery 😩 felt like I was ripping every stitch back open
