The family is in a hard spot. Its not always best for the child to go to relatives but they should at least try to keep the kid with family. If it doesn't work out let her go back to the ones that already love her.

I hope she’s welcomed here with as much love as this family provided. This is exactly why I can’t be a foster parent, I can’t imagine having to be able to stay a temporary placement.

That's the law, is not the law in the court should have known that from the beginning. Nobody would be sad if they wanna have said something and it would literally be in their files when they got took. They have different rules than we do
