The Super "7" Band of Ghana was a classic Ghanaian highlife musical group active during the 1980s and early 1990s. Led by the singer and rhythm guitarist Captain Newman, the group was part of the vibrant West African music scene, frequently recording and distributing their work across both Ghana and Nigeria.
