After rewatching the anime and canon movies, i can safety assure the top 3 ranking would be: 1)Pikachu- no explanations needed 2)Charizard-Yes ik he has lots of embarrassing losses but i can assure you after his disobedient arc, He not only beat Articuno who's trainer was high elite 4- low champion level and knew the move "water pulse" but also beat Entei in a fair 1V1(Charizard saw ash on tv and travelled a huge distance from charazific valley which means he probably was tired ) before the whole dream word + Unown plot armour thing happened. In his early days(as a Charmander), he beat golem in a fair 1v1, beat a herd of Exxcugator( correct my spelling if I'm wrong) who were able to manipulate an entire town/city, hence why the huge exp gain which lead to disobedience and beat 100% win rate p1 champion Primape( the 100% comes from battles after being caught) which is recgonised by both crasher wake and Bea in journeys when they mention it. Then we also got the famous 1v3 and before any of you say "type advantage doen't matter", its still a 1v3 and was also the reason why Harrison couldn't use plot amour Blakizen in the finals, as in the official anime encyledopia it suggest that Pokémon may be healed but stamina isn't repenished which means charizard was still tired from the early 1v3. Obivsouly they are many other impressive feats but is pretty long since he is Ash's 2nd most experienced Pokémon. 3)Sceptile probably the most underrated Pokemon behind Gible, Rowlet and Bulbsaur(strongest pokemon offscreen btw). I mean out all of ash's popular aces sceptile gets dethroned even though its the fastest pokemon in his team and in terms of feats he probably can solo your fave anime verse( not jk, a while back a user explained why and makes sense).I highly recommend you watch Hoenn + cannon movies again because your highly likely to not believe some of the feats i tell you which is oak because didn't before i did digging, my original choice for 3rd was either Greninja or GOATape. Now if you did watch/ remember most of his official battle loses happened because he was a Treecko or Groyle going against fully evolved Pokémon. In its early days(Treecko) it beats a
