This cop sucks! He should've tazed her before she opened the car door then she would've hit the ground and he could've cuffed her. Then he allowed her to get gunshots off before he fired his weapon. Then he allowed her to leave the scene in the vehicle with her weapon! He rolled around on the ground like a turtle upside down on it's shell!
