I was told “I don’t say Sorry” so every time I just apologised instead not because I was wrong! maybe I was wrong in other half’s eyes but because so we can move forward and leave this behind…. Alhamdulilah whatever Allah does it’s the best, just don’t ruin your character in whatever situation because of someone else’s character. Because no matter what happens in the end you will have that peace of mind you remained; kind, gentle, loving and the stronger person no matter what. this ayah will give you great comfort 2:216 “Perhaps you dislike something which is good for you and like something which is bad for you. Allah knows and you do not know.” Whatever Allah does he does the best for you perhaps he saw you being betrayed by everyone so many years later and knew your little kind heart would never be able to recover past it so he gave an early break away form them now. Also in 4:78 Allah says “Whatever good befalls you is from Allah and whatever evil befalls you is from yourself.1 We have sent you ˹O Prophet˺ as a messenger to ˹all˺ people. And Allah is sufficient as a Witness” So Both good and evil are destined by Allah. The good comes as Allah’s reward for good deeds, whereas the bad comes as Allah’s punishment for evil deeds. In some cases, bad things happen to good people to test their faith, or as an atonement for their sins, or as part of a process of replacing something with what is better (e.g., a job or a spouse).
