Almost bought this, but if you have Hashimoto’s , celiac disease, Graves disease, anything like that the iodine in this almost certainly cause a flareup. Also, if you are a PCOS girlie, and our acne prone, the amount of biotin in this will for sure trigger that other than that everything else looks good.
