@tayaphrodite: 🚨🚨🚨 Tuesday was a MAJOR day!🚨🚨🚨 My little sister shipped to BCT (Basic Combat Training)! She enlisted with the MOS 46S Public Affairs Specialist (just like me🤞🏾💕)!📝📸🎞️📽️ When I say I’m so proud of her, I mean it with my whole SOUL! I thank God every day that he blessed me to live life with such an amazing sister, my best friend since she was born. I wanted her to join the Army for YEARS and she didn’t want to but the Army gave me the opportunity to come back home to NYC🗽 to recruit and change lives. She finally got to experience firsthand what it was like to a Soldier and see the benefits/opportunities in person and told me that she wanted to be apart of this organization. I was truly shocked but soooo happy. I know she’s going to do amazing! I’m going to miss her sooo much while she’s at Basic but this major career change is exactly what she needs and I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to guide her through this journey! If you know me, you KNOW I do NOT play about my sister!
