The world of ZZZ is so uniquely dreadful to me because of things like this. Knowing that even though there’s some good, humanity will probably always be confined to New Eridu because how strong some ethereals are to the point it’s most likely impossible to do anything about it realistically. It’s not the worse universe to live in compared to, say, WH 40k, but still super bleak

It’s just my opinion don’t take it like likely: what if the hollow force field dome is actually a dimension portal riff lead to other universe more explain of the creatures coming to Zenless Zone Zero and making you think what happened to the rest of humanity consume from the Hollow probably there are in the other universe.

mind you if any one of them fall, they power will be added to the Hollow collective power. it will be a grueling battle with minimum to gain and everything to loose. it's HANDS job to basically going into hollow to try and take out as many ethereal as they can while the military constantly trying to maintain hollow to not growing
