I SOBBED at the launch. Never in my life did I expect to witness an achieve like this. I’m a huge science nerd in general but seeing the teamwork, the trust, the pride. It was so hopeful in such a bleak time period.

Bawled my eyes out. Idk I think it’s the camaraderie and all of us watching and coming together for those minutes. It’s also beautiful to see 4 humans exploring outside of the earth.

Because it was such a huge moment not just for us but everyone. Humanity, our allies, women, people of color. We live in a time where it’s constant bad news, constant fear, constant suffering. We’re allowed to celebrate and feel for the little wins and the big wins

I found your video because I couldn’t figure out why I’d been sobbing over it either. So, there’s some deeper connection I think, that we might not even be consciously aware of with this universe, and it’s a tiny reminder of that connection ❤️

It’s not weird at all! I have always loved space and I cried as well. I think it’s a combination of how it’s an amazing thing that we can even do this at all and how it’s bringing people all around the world together! And maybe the fact that it’s been 53 years since we’ve tried to make it to the moon! I LOVE SPACE!
