@noblepain_fitness: If you wake up already stressed before your day even starts, that is not just a mindset issue. Your nervous system is already in a state of sympathetic dominance before you get out of bed. Cortisol is rising too early and too aggressively because your circadian rhythm is misaligned. This disrupts your natural energy curve and sets the tone for unstable energy, poor focus, and higher anxiety throughout the day. You can correct this by controlling your first hour. Within ten minutes of waking, get five to ten minutes of direct outdoor light exposure to anchor your circadian rhythm. Drink twelve to thirty two ounces of water with sodium to support hydration and adrenal function. Delay caffeine for sixty to ninety minutes so cortisol can rise naturally without added stimulation. This allows your nervous system to regulate properly and improves energy stability, focus, and overall performance.
