@onkatiesplate: Freezer food for friends pt 12: More freezer friendly breakfast burritos for a postpartum friend! To freeze these I let them cool, wrap them in parchment or freezer paper and place them in a freezer bag. To reheat, I take them out of the paper, wrap them in a paper towel and microwave for about 90 seconds on each side! #mealprepideas #mealprep #freezermeals #fyp
I use great value tater tots as my potato filler because they come pre seasoned! That’s my life hack from a mom who has an almost 1 year old 🥰

This is my sign to prep breakfast for the week. I hate the thought of making anything before logging into work 🫠

I make these for camping! Just roll in tinfoil instead of parchment/wax paper and throw in the coals in the morning. Soooo easy & filling!

What tortillas do you use that are big enough and don’t rip when you roll them?

It seems like a dumb question - but for reheat you mean to cook for 90 seconds, flip over and continue for another 90 seconds? I have 3 pregnant friends and want to do these for them!
