@user68216509771921: They Trashed the Place and now want Reimbursed for-3

mimiof.8 :

If toilet doesn’t work don’t use it !!!!

Zee :

Even the ceiling looks jacked.😳

Jenn_Sais_Quoi :

Why in the world would you accept a new tenant knowing they just got evicted??

histabear :

The new place looks deplorable.

sparkers123 :

if the toilet didn't work either fix it or don't use it!! should never have gotten to "deplorable" either way

404 Not Found :

“I changed that”, aka “I’m the reason it’s leaking because I have exceptional diy skills”

catastrophe.ky :

I’m sorry ma’am are you a contractor?! You can’t just do all these improvements to a rental

Beautiful Chaos 65 :

This is why rental properties want huge deposits.

marianne :

My new landlord stop by my house before I moved in unexpectedly telling me I forgot to sign something. I thought that was the smartest thing to do 💯

ScottRT10 :

👅makeme :

Interesting…

Twanky :

Anyone else focusing on the ceiling believing the spots will move?

Chad Kennedy Sr :

The new place 😳

jingersnap813 :

The guitar hanging backwards 😂

emma :

even if you rent its still your home and you should take pride in it. my landlord let's me do whatever because I made my rental beautiful

nicdiazadkins :

Just look at the background of theor home now! 😳

Lee Simpson :

you can tell by the ceiling, they arent clean.

Beetlejuicedeetz :

Do they have trash bags covering the windows????

darialoveswicker :

Not a blanket curtain behind them.

HairOffTheDawg :

Notice how the camera is always pointed upward towards the ceiling. Which also has something splattered on it

Justpassingthrough :

The curtain is being held up with wishes and hope it tells me everything I need to know

KC :

I print photos off of what the unit looks like when a tenant is moving in and make them sign. There are no questions as to what they moved into.

Tj :

Well them being evicted is the first red flag. So

Lovin_on_me1st :

Always pay attention to the red flags: them trying to move fast, prior eviction

Kittys4me2 :

Even has funk on the ceiling above her 😑
