The preacher at the baptist church I went to as a teenager literally yelled “the homosexuals are out to get your children.” As a closeted bisexual it’s never left my mind. Then told us we needed to protect a brother and sister who were married and had children together because the bible didn’t say anything against that. The amount of time he spent preaching against lgbt people was just ridiculous.

I have to VOTE in a mega church, AND they support ONLY the Republican Party. I know this because they literally put signs on their lawn!! They’re NOTHING BUT politics! Jesus himself is a political figure! 🙄🤦🏻♀️
