I saw a video for perfect hard boiled eggs and it is the ONLY way I boil eggs now (as a hard boiled egg connoisseur). Boil water first. Eggs in for 10 with heat on. Turn the heat off. Eggs sit for 5. Followed by a 10 minute ice bath. 10-5-10.
