I had 18, quail eggs over a weekend,they are tasty,and fairly easy to peel, remember the ice water method for shelling,for hard boiled,I love those birds.

if you're eating quail eggs for nutrition over chicken eggs then you're doing it completely wrong. two and a half chicken eggs has as much protein as them 12 quail eggs but quail eggs are so much better to pickle than chicken eggs 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤
