I’d file for an order of protection/restraining order against dad’s current flavor of the month. That way legally she cannot go anywhere near you or your children. She has clearly shown she is an untrusted adult with the way she manipulated the urgent care situation. Just imagine what else she does with/ to your children that you don’t know about.
