I ordered wallpaper in July. I hired an expert wallpaper installer. The first time she tried to install the paper, the glue bled through. We then tried the I love wallpaper brand glue. Still did the same thing. So then we thought it was my wall, but the installer tried a piece of different wallpaper from a different brand on my wall with each glue and had no issues with the other brand of wallpaper. Meaning it was not my wall. I had 9 unopened rolls of wallpaper and asked the customer service manager for a refund. I provided the multiple photos that he requested in the natural lighting, room lighting, the rolls themselves, and the problem that happened. Thomas told me that he could not give me a refund even though I told him the wall was not the problem. I understand their return policy is 30 days because by the time I had the wallpaper from overseas from the uk, and by the time we had to go back and order their special glue which didn’t even work, it had been over 30 days, maybe like 45 days. I asked if I could at least return the unopened ones. I received no response. I then emailed again. No response. My mom then called them and was charged $50 per phone call and was told that Thomas was “on holiday,” and this matter would have to resolved when he’s back from his holiday. That was today and we were told we cannot return the wallpaper because he said it is my wall. I am upset that I have 9 wasted rolls of wall paper that I have spent over $200 on that they are unwilling to let me return despite the faulty product.
