Made with creamed corn, Greek yogurt, a touch of vanilla, and honey. Finished with an extra drizzle of honey while it’s warm. The perfect addition to Sunday dinner! Ingredients * 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix * 1 can (14.75 oz) creamed corn * 2 large eggs * ½ cup plain, unflavored Greek yogurt * ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted * 1 tbsp honey * 1 tbsp vanilla extract * Extra honey for topping Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8x8 baking dish. 2. In a large bowl, combine Jiffy mix, creamed corn, eggs, Greek yogurt, melted butter, honey, and vanilla extract. 3. Mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing. 4. Pour the batter into your prepared baking dish and spread evenly. 5. Drizzle a little honey over the top and gently swirl it across the surface with a fork. 6. Bake for approximately 35–45 minutes, checking around 30–35 minutes. Bake until golden and the center is set. 7. Remove from the oven and drizzle a little more honey over the warm cornbread. 8.
