when the cops turn their lights on, they're supposed to in an emergency. a traffic stop is not an emergency. they should not be pulling you over as an emergency for a broken tail light. traffic has no jurisdiction. if your county or state claims it is. ask to see the injured party. the state or the county can't claim to be the injured party since all are paid for by the state and that would be a conflict of interest, wouldn't it?🙏
