anger to calm back to angry when I put another piece of the manipulation puzzle. when I realize how bad it actually was.... Feeling deep hurt knowing how she could look me in the eyes, say I love you, all while planning to give herself to another just hours later. Her daughter has been deceived as well. Believes her narrative where I am crazy.. . therefore her mom is the victim.....that in itself infuriates me.

Truer words could not be said!! You described my situation exactly. The latent rage that I didn’t know I had manifested in such a way that it got me arrested for violating an order of protection. 25 years of the subliminal abuse that I never knew was happening.

True what has helped me is I realize I wasn’t dealing with a human only after I seen the black eyes which was and still is horrifying. Unwinding it all and reflecting has been a process. Disgust sums it up well
