old minecraft is still playable its just that we know everything about the game inside and out. the sense of mystery and adventure the game's soundtrack provides is still present but doesnt fit in modern mc. The old one felt more like a walk from the last day of school and your playing with sticks, the area around you tinted orange by the Falling sun and the air smells like... wet concrete.
