The alleged gunman—the rear passenger—landed so hard his shoes flew off. He was rushed to a hospital and later taken into custody on an unrelated domestic violence robbery charge; charges related to the shooting are pending . Police are still searching for the second suspect, the moped driver, described as a young male wearing light gray pants, a white t-shirt, and a black surgical mask over his lower face, last seen fleeing toward the Marcy Houses .
