This is my go-to lazy wall cooldown: ✅ Takes a few minutes ✅ Post your Strava times at the same time ✅ Actually helps you feel human again Run through each stretch for 30-60s (per side where needed), slow breaths, no rushing. Full routine: – Legs up the wall / 45-90s – Figure 4 stretch / 30-45s each side – Couch stretch / 30-45s each side – Butterfly stretch / 45-60s – Calf stretch / 30-45s each side Keep it simple.
