unpaid overtime time unfortunately still exhists in childcare and schools only some are lucky to receive TOIL and that only started for some centres in 2022.

sadly American workers have very little rights compared to most of the world. and even the "rights" workers do have get ignored constantly and companies get away with breaking the law regularly and nothing happens to them
