@seattlehanddoc: These no-bake energy bites are a game-changer! My athletes eat them morning, afternoon, and anytime they need a boost. The flavor is phenomenal, they sit well before workouts, and they’re ready in minutes. Add protein powder to pack an extra punch if you want—these disappear fast, so make a double batch! No-Bake Energy Bites Per ball (12 balls total): ~3.5 g protein, ~120 calories *With added protein powder: ~6–7 g protein, ~140 calories Ingredients • 1 cup rolled oats • ½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips • ¼ cup ground flaxseed • ¼ cup chia seeds • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter • ⅓ cup honey • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined. 2. Roll into golf ball–sized bites on a parchment-lined sheet. 3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. *For added protein: stir in ½ cup protein powder and 1–2 tbsp extra peanut butter or honey if needed for stickiness. #nobakerecipe #energyballs #proteinballs #healthysnack #athlete @madhappy @Bob’s Red Mill @Taylor Pass Honey Co @Ghirardelli Chocolate Company @Ground Up Nut Butters @Vanilla Bean Project

Add craisens, or dates or dried apricots, mix and chopped nuts, creamy peanut butter gels better. Ooh add butterscotch chips, dark chocolate chips minus semi sweet- & add toasted sweetened coconut. Swap honey for manuka honey. Staple snack in the fridge.
