Too bad this doesn’t work half the time. It says the camera needs to be connected to the cord that it’s always connected to. We’ve updated the app and the camera and unplug it and plug it back in, still doesn’t work

You should specify one thing, it only works with Wired Carplay and not Wireless Carplay. Newer cars mostly have Wireless Carplay and not WIRED. Little transparency would go long way.

Don’t waste your money. It constantly disconnects from Bluetooth or doesn’t allow certain functions, like music, to play. The night vision is also absolute trash! I can’t see my baby at all when it’s dark out. They customer service is also horrible, I’ve stated to them the issues I’ve had and that I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting they’ve suggested as well as in the manual and how nothing has worked. I’ve requested a return and refund 5 times now and they have ignored every one of them.

It def does not work for wireless Apple car play. It will only work for Apple car play that connects with a cord. I checked my vehicle make and it said it was compatible, super irritated and upset about it. So if your car has wireless CarPlay, don’t bother it does not work.
