@fitfoodiefeed: SGST episode 2! 💪🏼🍬 this was supposed to be a recreation of milkybar dessert pots BUT when I retried them recently they did not taste how I remember them!?! More jelly-like and less creamy so this is my own milkybar pudding which I have to say tastes 10x better 🙊 It’s also at least double the size because I dunno about you but one pot just isn’t enough!!! I split the recipe into 4, but you could split into 6 or 8 smaller pots if you only need a little something sweet!! This is a super creamy, indulgent dessert but without any artificial sweeteners or preservatives and with a nice boost of protein from the magic ingredient *silken tofu* 😮 honestly don’t knock it till you try it! You’ll find it in the international aisle in most big supermarkets. Ingredients: 120g milky bar chocolate, broken into chunks 265g silken tofu (I use 1 x 308g box of Yutaka tofu, drained) 50g maple syrup 2 tbsp skimmed milk powder 1 tsp vanilla extract Add the chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave until melted. Add the melted chocolate to a food processor or blender along with all of the other ingredients and blitz until smooth. Divide the mixture among 4 small airtight jars or containers and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Store in the fridge in airtight containers for up to 5 days. 266 calories per pot (1/4 of the recipe) 30.5g carbs, 11g fat, 10.4g protein
