This is just rude. It's disrespectful to workers, because if they are caught allowing you to take extra baggage at Lufthansa, they can be disciplined. Particularly on the American side. It's not hard to pack according to the standards of the airline you're flying for. I get and I also hate the group of corporations, but you're actually creating a hassle for the workers themselves. You're making our jobs more stressful, more difficult.
